Answer: No. You pay only for what you use.

Question: We service several hundred residential and commercial mortgages and need to know if the property taxes have been paid. Do you provide that service?
Answer: Yes. We will locate the parcel numbers and report the payment status of residential or commercial property, including the junior taxing jurisdictions.
Question: I have a bundle of mortgage loans for which I need parcel numbers and payee codes. Can you provide those?
Answer: Yes. We can locate them automatically using our matching technology if they fall within our coverage area, or manually if they do not.
Question: How long have you been working in the real estate tax service business?
Answer: We have decades of experience in this complicated business. We are experts on nearly every aspect of it.
Question: I have a legal description and need to find the address. Can you do that?
Answer: Yes. If the data for which you are searching falls within our coverage area we can search by legal description. If you have corroborating information to go with it such as a name, city, state, or anything else, we stand a better chance of finding it.
Question: What kind of match rates does your software get?
Answer: It depends on the customer data and on the data to which we are matching. When matching names, addresses and legal descriptions for real estate transactions, our match rates can be as high as 90% in urban areas where the data is better quality, but that is unusual. Match rates in the mid seventies are common with good data. And those aren't just matches, those are accurate matches.
Question: Does you software make many mistakes, or false positives?
Answer: Keeping errors low is our top priority, especially when working with real estate transactions. Our error rate has been measured at between 0.1% (1 out of 1,000 matches) and 0.067% (1 out of 1,500) in empirical testing. The search engine can be 'trained' to accept as few or as many matches as the customer can tolerate, but striking the perfect balance between high match rates and low error rates is our goal.
Question: Do you guarantee your results?
Answer: We do offer limited guarantees for some of our services.
Question: Can I implement your software in my environment?
Answer: Yes, but it is not an off-the-shelf solution. Virtually every deployment requires consultation and a dedicated project to work with your business rules in your environment.
Question: Is your software suited to large scale deployments?
Answer: Yes. A complete data matching solution is generally more cost-effective on larger scales.
Question: If I send you my data can you match it?
Answer: If it is real-estate data, yes. For non real estate data, we do offer an 'a la carte' data matching service for one-time projects.
