  • An enormous database of nearly 50 million parcel records around the country, including 15 million in Texas alone. We use this data to run value comparisons and other reports to provide the Tax Assessment authorities with ample evidence to support your protest.
  • Our web-based property reports are colorful and informational, and give the county tax authorities a clear snapshot of your property, including high-resolution aerial views and up-close street views that show the condition of the property.

Our fees:

  • We work on a 50% contingency fee, meaning we charge half of your first years' savings. There is no charge unless we save you money.
  • For residential accounts, we charge 10% of your first year savings each year to monitor your assessed value, exemptions and tax amounts to ensure that they are as low as possible, and to report when your taxes have or have not been paid.
  • For escrow services, we charge 10% of your first year savings each year to represent you in dealings with your mortgage company on tax escrow matters.
