Most databases and mailing lists contain duplicate records; it's getting rid of them that is the problem. Duplicates certainly cost you money, as added mailing costs or by creating false positive matches during a merge/purge or record linkage project. We take a multi-step approach to insure that absolutely no duplicate goes undetected. Then, we purge your data of the duplicates, combine them into single records, or flag them for later action.
