Sample Match Rates
These sample match rates reflect the match rate that Accumatch typically produces using its Searchlight application. Of course, data differs from one company to another, as does error threshold. Therefore, one should not interpret these rates to be exactly what his/her company would achieve. Your company's results using Searchlight could be higher or lower based on your own data and/or error threshold. Our Searchlight product is completely adjustable based on these and other factors.
Most of the data that was used to garner these match rates had the following distribution: owner name provided in 100% of the items to be matched, 'standardized' address provided in 79% of the items to be matched, legal description present in 31% of the items to be matched, and suggested parcel number present in 21% of the items to be matched. All of the above components were evenly distributed throughout the entire 'to be matched' file. For the counties in italics however, no suggested parcel numbers were provided at all.
